  • What are your business hours?

    Our company JK Irrigation works all year round and doesn't stop. 

    The onnline shop is limited by couriers, bank holidays, weekends. 

    If you ever in descpite need, please email us. 

  • Where is your main office?

    Located in Edenbridge, Kent, South East, England. 

    Just on the Kent, Surrery, East Sussex broader. 

  • How do I pay on account?

    If your a business and you wish to select "Pay on Account"please contact us for an account form.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    If you have ordered the wrong products we will help, best to collect photos of the items you wish to connect to, replace. 

    Any goods you wish to send back must be clean and able for restocking. Fees may occur and the cost of postage is down to the customer. 

  • What is your return policy?

    Items must be new and able to restock or fees may occur. We will always help where possilbe. 


    Cost of postage is down to the customer and would need to inspect the products before any refund of new products are sent out of the warehours. 

  • Can you help me with products?

    Yes we will help with support, pictures are always best. Gather these before speaking with us. We aren't able to spend time helping fault finding or telling you how to install as such, this is shop is designed to sell to the irrigation industry. 

  • Do you have any branches overseas?

    Not at this time, we sell within the UK only via this shop. 

    Contact us if you require works outside of the UK.

  • Is there training courses?

    Yes we provide training courses for Landscape and another course for Golf/Sports Turf. Click on the training tab in the menu for more information.
