Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy
At Irrigation Stockist/JK Irrigation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with the products you have received, please contact our sales department within 28 days of purchase. We’ll work with you to determine the best solution, whether that’s a return, credit, or replacement.
Faulty Goods
Faulty items can be returned for a full credit or replacement at our discretion.
Unwanted Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days for a refund or exchange. To initiate the return process, please contact us via email with your name, address, and order number. We will then issue you a returns authorisation.
Return Conditions
All returns must be authorised by us before sending the products back. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging.
Postage Costs
Please note that the cost of postage is non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been delivered, or if you would like a refund, you are responsible for returning the product(s) at your own cost, within 14 days of receipt. You may return items via one of the following methods:

You can return unwanted items free of charge, with proof of purchase.
Courier Collection:
If you prefer, we can arrange for a collection of the product(s) via one of our chosen carriers. To arrange this, please email logistics@jkirrigation.co.uk. Please note that a minimum charge will apply, which may vary depending on the size and location of the items being returned.
Packaging Charges
Irrigation Stockist/JK Irrigation reserves the right to charge for packaging, pallets, or returnable containers and may reduce your refund if the products are damaged, mishandled, or used.

Made-to-Order Goods
Items marked as "made to order" are custom, bespoke products created specifically for you upon ordering. Once you place an order and we confirm an estimated delivery date for made-to-order items, cancellations and refunds are not possible. This does not affect your statutory rights for other items in your order.
If a made-to-order item is found to be faulty after delivery, Irrigation Stockist/JK Irrigation or the manufacturer will repair or replace it free of charge.
Some manufacturers may allow made-to-order items to be returned, but additional charges may apply. Please contact us if you wish to return a made-to-order item. If the item is part of a pack, all items in the pack must be returned together, and individual items cannot be returned separately.
Substitutions
In cases of limited stock availability, we may substitute products with equivalent or superior items of the same price. If you are not satisfied with the substitution, you may return the product following the usual return process for a full refund.
Faulty, Missing, or Damaged Goods
If you receive any items that are faulty, missing, or damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery, providing details of the issue. If the 14-day period expires on a non-working day, your deadline will be extended until the next working day.
We will arrange to either:
Exchange the product(s)
Send replacements
Provide a substitution of the same or better quality
Issue a refund
If required, we will arrange a free collection of faulty, missing, or damaged items.
Please report faulty, missing, or damaged products to logistics@jkirrigation.co.uk, including your order number and details of the issue.
Clearance Items
Products listed as "Clearance" are final sale and are not covered by our standard return and refund policy. These items are typically discontinued stock and are sold at a significantly reduced price.
By purchasing a clearance item, you acknowledge that you are only entitled to a return or refund if the item is faulty or not as described.
