Returns and Refunds

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase so if you have a problem with any products please contact our sales department in the first instance, within 28 days of purchase. We can then discuss the best course of action for the return, credit or replacement of items.
Faulty goods can be returned for full credit or replacement at our discretion.


If you are not happy with the product(s) received you may return them within 14 days and we will refund or exchange the item(s). Please contact us by email with your name, address, and order number, and we will issue a returns authorisation.


We will need to authorise any returns ahead of you sending us products and the product must be returned in a new condition as sold, with all original packaging.


The cost of the postage is non-refundable.
